I believe in therapy as a place for healing and growth, and that my role is often to help people get out
of their own way- to make their dreams come true, to find their dreams, to find their voice. I work
together with the client to create an experience in therapy that promotes insight, hope and change.
Because each clent is different I use many different modalities in the room - working with what fits for
the client - dreams, journaling, art, movement, guided imagery, mind-body connection work. I work with
individuals of all ages, couples, families and groups.
I have led groups and workshops in Creative Jouranaling, Movement Therapy and Mind-Body connection work.
I lead professional workshops & trainings for MFT's, and am adjunct faculty at Phillips Graduate
Institute, where I teach clinical skills in the Masters program for Psychology and Marriage Family
Therapy.
